User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services.
- Use services only for lawful purposes.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of Ray’s Custom Computers and third parties.
Payments, Deposits & Refunds
- Payment is due at time of service/purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Deposits for custom builds may be non‑refundable due to parts procurement.
- Refunds follow applicable service agreements and law.
Customer Data & Backups
While we take care with customer devices and data, you are responsible for backing up your data before service. Unless stated in a written agreement, we are not liable for data loss, corruption, or recovery costs.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ray’s Custom Computers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for damages caused by misuse, neglect, or third‑party services.
Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the **State of Tennessee, USA**. Exclusive venue for disputes lies in the state and federal courts located in Tennessee, USA.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive text messages from Ray's Custom Computers, you agree to the following terms in addition to those stated in our Privacy Policy:
- Program Description: Ray's Custom Computers operates an SMS messaging program to send customers repair status updates, appointment reminders, service notifications, and promotional offers.
- Opt-In: You may opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website contact form at rayscustomcomputers.net, or by signing our in-store SMS consent form. Texting START to our number also constitutes opt-in.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receipt of STOP, we will send one confirmation and cease all further SMS communications to that number. To re-enroll, reply START or complete the opt-in process again.
- Help: For support, reply HELP to any message or contact us at (931) 557-6104 or sales@rayscustomcomputers.com.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month depending on service activity and active promotions.
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Ray's Custom Computers is not responsible for charges incurred by your mobile carrier.
- No Condition of Purchase: Consent to receive SMS messages is never required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Ray's Custom Computers.
- Accuracy of Number: You represent that the mobile number you provide is your own and that you are authorized to opt that number in to receive SMS messages. You agree to notify us immediately if your number changes.
- Delivery: Ray's Custom Computers is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier outages, network conditions, or factors outside our control.
- Supported Carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most major US carriers. Not all carriers are supported.
- Privacy: Your mobile number will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
